Canard Moon

Using various cuts of American Walnut with incredible patterning to it, Canard Moon represents pushing forward through thick and thin. Persistence in the face of darkness. The color pattern shows a sky that is opening after a storm - rough waters return to their calm. The moon is full and can be seen shining down on the Canard as it makes it way through the scene.

The pieces forming the body of the Canard are held together using traditional blue-steel diamond headed nails - see picture!
